If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our streamlined process ensures a quick resolution for refunds or technical replacements.

Return Process

    Initiate Request

    Visit our online Support Center and submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request with your order number and proof of purchase.

    Technical Troubleshooting

    Our support team will review your request and may provide technical guidance to ensure the device is configured correctly before approving the return.

  • 3.
    Pack and Ship

    Once your RMA is approved, securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and include the RMA number on the outside of the box.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    After our warehouse inspects the returned hardware, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
